Product return policy
Casa Elegante by Mouratidis, aiming at the best possible customer service, implements a very flexible return policy. The customer has the right to return a product, whether it is defective or unsatisfactory and to request its replacement. Refunds are not accepted.
The following conditions must be met for the return of products:
- 1.Product returns are accepted within 14 days from the date stated on the sales document.
- 2. In no case can a product that is not in its original condition be accepted. This means that the product must:

- 3. The product must be returned with all the accompanying documents, such as the retail receipt, the Delivery Note, etc.
- 4. Sleeping products such as pillows and blankets, if they have come out of their packaging can not be accepted for reasons of hygiene.
- 5. Also, returns on carpets, shading systems, curtains, curtain rods which have been adapted to the dimensions desired by the customer are not accepted.

* Please note that the return costs are borne by the company only in case of our mistake or defective product. In any other case the costs are borne by the customer.
